At ADVANCE, Pat will be explaining to us The Three Signs of a Miserable Job showing managers how to let employees know how important they are in day to day operations and why that is important to any organization.
Pat says, "Companies have to be smart -- and don't let anyone tell you this isn't critical. But they also have to be healthy: minimized politics; maximum amounts of morale and productivity and retention of great people."
